Emily Dindial
Emily Reina Dindial is a policy and advocacy counsel at the ACLU where she works on policy and legislative campaigns related to decarceration and decriminalization. Previously, Emily was a policy analyst at the Innocence Project where she worked to prevent wrongful convictions. She is also a member of the Jails Action Coalition in New York City and has assisted with Article 78 petitions on behalf of people incarcerated on Rikers Island. She serves on the steering committee for the Free to Drive coalition and is an ABA advisor for the Uniform Law Commission Fines and Fees Committee.
